Crate & Barrel Holdings, Inc. is tapping former Nike vice president of technology Jason Booth to help the home goods retailer develop a superior customer experience.

As the new chief technology officer of Crate & Barrel, effective November 8, 2021, Booth brings more than 25 years of experience to the specialty retailer.

He will focus on acquiring, developing and implementing technology that drives a superior customer experience in a digital first marketplace. This includes modernizing the supply chain and seamless integration across e-commerce and in-store touchpoints to support customer engagement and acquisition.
